The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated that we could have some great family time in the pool. Also appreciated towels being available at poolside. The free breakfast was beyond what we expected for no charge. The food was plentiful and well presented (great coffee) and enough variety for adults and kids alike. Proximity to the shops and restaurants was a bonus as well.

Small item, but larger beds would be good traveling with kids, but it was certainly adequate. And the price was right!

Room clean, bed comfortable. Missed Breakfast because we had to get to the start of the Santa Rosa Marathon very early in the morning. Easy parking. The property did allow us a 1hour later check out so we could use the shower before we left after the Marathon.

Was easy to access and the location was great! The room was nice and enough to just get to rest and hang out a bit, it has a desk, fringe and microwave so it should be nice to for a long stay; also the personal was very nice

Room did not match pictures or name advertised on booking.com. The hotel informed me that it has 17 different room types, and that these are not advertised as such on booking.com as it is confusing. The result is false advertising. While hotel was recently refurbished, it was done cheaply and looks better in pictures than in person. Hotel seems to cater for families with children, the pool and hot tub were full of kids until closing at 10pm, and as a couple looking to relax, screaming children were a strong deterrent. Cleanliness was also subpar, clumps of someone else’s hair were stuck onto our unused bath towels. Our fridge also broke the first night, so we had to dispose of our recently purchased cheese from Tillamook.

Or room was at the end of first floor . Listened to sound of the door closing loudlly from the starwell exit until 3am most nights which included the exit door to the outside as well. Started at about 10pm and continued until 3am I will never make this mistake again to have two entrance and exit doors 3ft from my room door
