      Sam at the front office was so nice he let me check in early. going inside the location the place looked nice, facility was clean loved that the kitchen had almost everything I needed. they also give you a little welcome gift that is a nice touch.

      I am a solo female traveling for work, the location/area was a bit concerning. When I arrived there was a guy on drugs, folded in half near the front enterance. when I was in the parking lot there were strangers roaming around making me feel a bit unsafe. For that reason cut my stay short. But overall would recommend if traveling with others.

      I liked the clean room.

      There was instant “pee”, “moldy” smell going on throughout the whole hotel including the room we stayed in. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, turns out their dryer facilities don’t work and the firefighters had been called several times before that night. They insisted the dryers needed to fixed, the night manager was apparently unaware of any ongoing problems.

      Everything from the staff to the room was horrible. Stayed 15 min and left. Ad did not capture the terrible room we were given....totally falsly advertised. Lost 450.00 without any compensation.

      We enjoyed the sitting area with the firepits. The back side is beautiful with the landscape and waterfalls. Breakfast we good.

      Our bed (and pillows) was far too soft for our liking. Also, the air conditioning was sooo loud.
