Super close to the airport. We were able to take a bus from nearby station (2 min walk) to the airport on our departure date and the whole trip only took about 14 minutes. Super convenient. Beds were also very comfortable. No fridge or microwave with traditional room--but plenty of restaurants within walking distance made this a nonissue for us since we only stayed one night.

I remember getting a text that an upgrade to a room with a mini fridge and a microwave would only be like 25 bucks extra a night--which is totally reasonable. I suppose I'm not used to not having that included in a standard hotel stay is all.

Roach in our room, have to repeatedly ask for your room to be cleaned and even then they don’t vacuum. The pool would be chained closed with no explanation. The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking on us while we showered and all they did was rip the piece of ceiling off and leave it. The fridge stopped working and all our food and drinks went bad. You pay extra for ocean view and it’s not what you think it is at all. The tv is reliant on WiFi and it barely worked. A lot of the time we’d get a “WiFi isn’t working error” or it would be a black screen with just the audio of whatever you were trying to watch.

I had two phones that had low power, I left my chargers and went to the nearest Walmart to buy them. When I returned to my room I noticed I had two USB ports that I could use, however neither port worked. The young lady at the front desk came to my room to see if she could troubleshoot and noticed one port was broken and the other just didn't work. She ultimately plugged the charger into the TV but it would have take 8 hrs to fully charge. Buy this time it was someone else working the front desk and he finally found me a wall charger and I was able to charge both phones.

Rooms and Beds were clean. Staff when we found them were nice enough.

The missing light and/or smoke detector and corroded outlets that didn't work and water stains on the ceiling suggest either a current or past issue with water 😬 Breakfast was wanting. And the non smoking was not enforced. Our hall smelled like the bar before the smoking ban. Water pressure was good. Water outlets needed to be descaled or replaced. Water went everywhere but the tub or sink. These are just basic maintenance items. We have stayed at multiple Wydham properties. This was definitely the bottom of the list.

Not really updated. Looks dated. The price was ridiculously out of touch with the quality. We stayed at Tru the next night for less $ and 100% better with everything. Raising prices during college drop offs and graduations is not fair .

I was given a king size room and had to request another room due they were renovations done the room beside mine which was 265,the fumes coming from my room made me have very bad headaches.. the second room 208, there were no bad issues except the beds and pillows. I need to make.a complaints. about this. Why would you rent a room and knowing the next room begin renovated. My husband had a serious coughing behind this .Also his a senior with disability.
