  Great location and quiet. I upgraded from the Studio King to a Studio King Deluxe room, which was well worth it to be on the first floor. The pool was fantastic and places to eat were within walking distance. This is my second time staying at Aqua Hotel before going in a cruise.

  Water Pressure was on point. Staff was amazing and polite. You know nice but they meant it!!! From our room on the second floor we could watch the water and see the boats which is the main reason we came in the first place.

  Not far from subway for easy access to Manhattan. Good breakfast but had to wait a little bit for a table on occasion. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, OJ, coffee, breads, cereals, and yogurt.

  There was a problem getting washcloths (small 8" square towel) all the nights we were there. They didn't have enough washcloths for every room and if you don't ask soon enough you're out of luck.

  The entire room!!!!!! The door on the bathroom didn't close, The toilet was very low. The bathroom walls had paint chipping. The bathtub had rust stains. The sink didn't have a stopper, had rust stains and was filthy! The blue slip covers on the pillows had bleach stains. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
