Good location with restaurants, groceries, and shops nearby within walking distance. Extremely close by car to the amazing South Valley Park with its hiking trails and beautiful views - highly recommended for your to-visit list if you have a couple of hours to spare. Our quiet and large suite was fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a small kitchenette. The room rate we paid was the lowest during our entire trip to Colorado.

The Inn is a lovely bit of history in a great part of Asheville. We enjoyed the beautiful bedrooms and luxurious sheets. Breakfast was a nice buffet. The area is very walkable into town, yet quiet. It is also not far from coffee, shops, restaurants, or Trader Joe’s. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful.

It was right off the highway, so super convenient. The room was very clean and updated. I've been on the road for several days and I got more sleep here than in any of the other hotels. I really liked that I could park literally right outside my room door. Made unloading and loading soooo much easier.

The elevators seem antient compared to the rest of the facility. Breakfast was great but one of the days it had pork in it so me and the family could not eat.

Spent five days at this property. King Bed was comfortable and the room air conditioner worked well.

Not once in five days did we ever see any staff cleaning rooms or any of the hallways which were always dirty and stained and had construction material scattered about. Our room was never cleaned despite calling the front desk each day and requesting it be done. The only thing they did for us was to give us clean towels on two occasions but only after we called and requested them. Carpet in the room was stained and the mini-fridge would not close all the way; hence it was not able to maintain a cold temperature to keep food fresh. Breakfast was acceptable although the juice machine never worked and it didn't seem like anyone was interested in having it fixed. They did have a small pitcher of orange juice in its place for guests. Indoor pool water was murky and the spa water was green.

The pool closest to us was shut down during our entire stay but it was open when we arrived. Beach chair rental was $45 a day. I did not like the fact that I had to pay pet fees for my service dog & I paid through booking.com but was also charged by the hotel @ check-in. I will be checking into all the charges on my statement & find out exactly why my card was charged the same amount several times. Also I did not like higher price quoted by hotel staff to extend our stay . It was double the price online.
