We were in a Queen Suite with 4 queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Rooms and bathrooms were beautifully remodeled since our last visit at this resort. Free breakfast provided was excellent with lots of food and drink choices! Property, including the fish pond (fish food provided free at the front desk), was very well maintained and there were numerous games (badminton, pickleball, basketball, kids playground, cornhole, connect four, etc.) for both adults and kids to play. The property is a short drive to several tourist attraction areas in both Lincoln and No. Woodstock including Clark's Bears, Granite State Railway, Hobo Hills mini golf, Alpine Zip Lines, Lost River, etc.

Our sliding glass doors to a small outdoor patio area with a table and chairs was in a corner directly adjacent to the next room and people staying in that room were seated in front of our door smoking which caused us to keep our slider closed and the drapes pulled. To be fair, we did not complain to management prior to making note of it on check-out, but they assured us they would have spoken to the next door guests about their smoking in a non-smoking area.

Everything except the room. The beds were so hard and I couldn't sit up in bed to watch TV because of that. Beds in handicap rooms should be lower because it was hard to get in and out. There seem to be more penny slots than other denomination

Rooms were clean, and so were the common areas. The staff was very friendly. James was wonderful in the breakfast area. He really took pride in creating a clean, inviting experience.

The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed in but wouldn't prevent me from returning. Not a dislike but a suggestion to mark breakfast items as gluten free or not. As someone with celiac, I appreciated the yogurt and banana for breakfast but would have been nice to know if the omelets and potatoes were gluten free or not. My husband raved about the biscuits and gravy.

The kitchen counter had tiny ants on it throughout our stay. I kept wiping them up. The water was really bad. It smelled like rotten eggs. Thank goodness we bought our own water to cook with and brush our teeth. Didn't do laundry because we didn't want our clothes to smell like rotting eggs. When taking a shower, we had to do it fast because the smell was really bad. But you didn't smell like rotten eggs when you were done. you just didn't feel clean. We didn't use the fire pit because it was located in the back of the house, and there was no access to get in to the house from the back. And that area is known for bears. When we got there, the dumpster was tipped over the guy that came to fix it, told us that the Bears do that.

Getting to the hotel bus was a little crazy - the airport is awful! I'll never fly through Seattle again. Too small for the number of people there, and it is NOT wheelchair friendly! But that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
