Honestly, the room was very comfortable, the Breakfast was not what I expected, it was doable, but it was really below my expectations for Comfort Suites, and the airport was NOT appeasing. I like the bed and the room quietness, and the shuttle driver, ohhh my goodness. I liked the Soft, comfortable bed; it was wonderful. I slept very well.

I didn't like the way the staff was not very attentive and not professional at all. There was no welcome, no smiles, and no goodbye or thank you. It was just a check-in and check-out process. And sitting down while talking on the phone in front of a guest is so unprofessional. Please remember that you're working in the customer service industry, it's important to the growth and improvement of your Hotel business.
