      The property is very nice, well kept and clean, and the location is perfect. Easy beach access and close to Kyllos restaurant so we were able to walk right down for dinner. Free breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning, but there’s only a couple cold options so you may want to plan to go out to breakfast or make your own - our room had a full kitchen. Depends how picky you are.

      The hot tub is by reservation only, and is a 30 minute time slot. Makes it difficult to enjoy when you feel rushed and have to plan your evening around that time slot.

      We love the proximity to the beach and the fact that it’s at the super quiet end of the boardwalk. We also love that it’s a studio and has a small kitchen.

      It definitely needs a few upgrades. In our room, the kitchen bar was laminate and very sticky to lean on. The bathroom floor was definitely in need of refreshing. For the price, it needs a bit of work.

      The staff was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed! Parking was decent priced compared to other hotels in the area.

      The elevator to the parking garage was not working. The noise from the nearby traffic was really loud. We also requested extra towels and they were not in our room. Really tight parking.

      Lobby snacks n drinks r way over priced! And cleaning staff was very creepy. They lingered in the hall watching kids and family in the pool and later were still standing there and began to drink alcohol while families still swam.
