  Great staff. Room was excellent. They thought of everything even rags to clean your hiking shoes. Noisy traffic but they had a noise white machine and earplugs so we never had a issue.

  I like that they had a lodge that we could go to play pool or just hang out. We also liked watching them run the horses to and from the corral.

  There was quite a few things: -The room looked clean on the surface but there were several things that showed it wasn’t clean. The shower had other peoples hair in it. The top lock on the door was broken off so we could only lock our door with the handle. When my son was walking around the carpeted floor a previous persons toenail got stuck in his sock. -We couldn’t plug anything in because the plug would fall out of the outlet immediately and the other outlet was broken and would spark if you plugged something in. -There wasn’t a coffee pot or microwave in the room -There was water damage everywhere -They didn’t take cash what so ever so we couldn’t eat at their restaurant. So we had to drive sometimes 45 minutes to get food. -The staff weren’t very friendly and some were downright rude. -At the lodge we were playing game and we looked at the windowsill and it was covered with mouse droppings. I wanted to like this place especially for the price but I was very disappointed.

  Loved the views and the property was very clean and comfortable.

  The remotes downstairs did not work. That was no problem we dealt with it. The lift chair did not work. Not sure if it was the remotes. So using the stairs was very scary since they are so steep and narrow.
