The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options switched day to day. The facility is super friendly to dogs. We brought our 2 dogs (their first time at a hotel) and had a decent lawn to walk them around and a pooper scooper at the ready to use. The pool area always had towels stocked and the pool was a great temperature! We booked 2 rooms and they were great sizes and only separated by 1 room. We had a really great experience!

The bed was not the most comfortable, but we have definitely slept on worse. The pillows were also feather I believe and not supportive at all so would just bring my own pillows next time.

The building renovation caused a lot of inconvenience — all the balcony furniture was in the living room. We chose this apartment expecting to spend our evenings on the balcony, but due to the renovation, it was not possible to go out there. The living room was also like a storage dump. When we booked this apartment, the renovation had already started, but this was not disclosed to us. We were only informed a week before arrival that a major renovation had begun and would not be finished until April next year. We asked as a courtesy to extend our stay until 3:00 PM, since we were traveling with two children and our flight was in the evening. However, this request was denied, and the stay was only extended by two hours. Overall, the apartment is good, but not during renovation work.

We went to have dinner and told the front desk about our noisy, squealing air conditioner, they said they would send maintenance. It wasn't any better,squealing very loud. The potatoes at breakfast were not good,over spiced!! We really enjoyed our previous stays,this time not so much.
