That they listen when I said that I wanted a ocean view and it was simply amazing and there staff was very professional and very helpful and very informative and very friendly the breakfast was good and the location is great to go out and eat very good time

If I had to say the thing that I didn't like in the whole trip is that we need to be informed about the parking situation and that you have to pay for your parking that's the one thing that I would say that I didn't like and if that can be communicated before you book your stay or better yet it really needs to be put in with the booking if possible

Right on the beach. Parking was great. Front desk employees always greeted going in or out.

Room could have been cleaner. Walls/doors were dingy. Housekeeping pounded on my door the last two mornings even with the do not disturb sign hanging.

Towels had hair on them, door frame was loose and crooked, did not feel safe. Shower and bathroom walls has hard stuck to them, kitchen sink drain was mildew-y, corners of walls were chipped and flaking. Shower caulk was moldy and the floor near tub was moldy, toilet was missing covers to the screws and they were rusty and flaky. Saw stains and hand prints on the headboards (I do not want to venture a guess what left behind that film…) wood cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were swollen from moisture. Hood over the “stove” was rusty and had a thick film of what looked like grease. Grab and go breakfast had two options, oatmeal or muffins… it was advertised as more of a continental style…

The ocean view was wonderful.

We had a room next to ours that was so out we thought they were in our room. Yelling and screaming and cursing for hours. Playing loud music. Moving furniture and knocking things over from 11pm till 4 am. The worst night ever.
