  On the beach, ocean view from every room. Suite rooms were nice to have with a small kitchen with a drip coffee pot, full refrigerator freezer, stove with oven. Also had a few basic dishes, cups, bowls, utensils. Bedroom, bath and a Murphy bed in living room to create 2 separate sleeping areas. Included breakfast had a nice variety of both hot and cold items. Downstairs pool is large that is part inside part outside.

  Only 1 of the 4 doors could open/close easily. Housekeeping was poor, only on day 2 was the floor swept. Day 4 some towels were dropped off on the bed. Hotel pool towels were never replaced . Bathtub was never cleaned . Sand was everywhere no matter how hard we tried to keep it out and a broom was not available . Lazy river is very small and much too fast to be considered lazy. Rooftop pool is only 4 ft deep and was cold. Pest control came to spray for roaches in each room on day 2. We did not see any kind of bugs or bed bugs in our room. On day 3, live roaches were running near the downstairs pools.

  This was my favorite spot of a fantastic vacation. The grounds and lake are beautiful, the house charming and the breakfast they provided was the best meal of my trip. It was easy to negotiate check in and out and the whole place felt comfortable and homey!! Recommend highly!

  If you are noise sensitive, you can hear the plumbing and upstairs walking - I put in earplugs and slept perfectly!

  Breakfast was good. Room was clean, refrigerator worked. Plenty of parking. Good value.

  The main elevators were out of service the whole 3 nights I stayed. The other elevator worked but were much farther from the lobby/breakfast area. The first 2 days only a single ice machine in the whole place worked, up on the 4th floor. By the morning I was leaving even that one no longer worked. Vending machines were out of order as well. The hallways reeked of marijuana most of the time, although I don't know how management can identify the users and stop that. The halls and elevators were always hot, as if no AC there, but the room AC was fine.
