It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.”

  Cute little, somewhat bugee, clean. no frills motel. Close enough to the ocean, you could walk to the cliffs to see the sunset. Restaurants, a bakery, coffee, and a donut shop are all within walking distance. I Ubered to Pacific and Mission Beach for a reasonable rate and didn't have to fight for beach parking. The room was quiet and you couldn't hear the people in the pool. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was top-notch, especially when I locked myself out of the room. I enjoyed the large trash receptacle in the room, as I didn't have to dump the trash can every night. The shower was clean and powerful.

  The room needs one extra chair and maybe a bedside table. I brought my own Keurig, although they had coffee in the lobby or down the street. I'd rather have it in my room. There was a microwave outside by the office, not in the room. Parking is tight, but they will make a secret spot for you if you get in late.

  The bathroom was spotless! The building was old and worn, yet safe and clean. Staff was great. The pool was nice and breakfast was good. The room was served my needs but well worn. The view was the parking lot, the refrigerator was cool, but not cold. It was quiet, and the a/c worded well. The pool was very nice.

  When I first arrived the carpet felt wet as if it had just been shampooed. I stayed for two days, and with the a/c on it did "dry". Parking near the building was limited, but I felt safe.

  I was given a small room facing the parking lot with a dangerous balcony. I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite in November 2024 through Booking.com. After one night in the small room, I complained to the front desk. They didn't have anything else for me. Then late afternoon on the second day the manager found a junior suite for me, facing the parking lot and again, no ocean view. I did not receive the room I booked and paid for. Main building has no elevator. Also, dogs on furniture in common areas.

  Even after arriving 45 minutes after check-in my room was still not ready, after waiting an hour in the heat with a newborn I was finally given the keys. To only have access to a portion of the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. To then have to wait for security to come unlock the adjoining door to grant us access. To no apologies from the staff. The television are the size of computer monitors. Shameful!
