I booked a two-room suite, but they gave us a single room. Since it was late at night and we had small children, I didn’t make a fuss. However, the air conditioner was terrible — dirty and not working properly. I told the staff that if they didn’t give us another room, we would leave the hotel. At first, they said there were no rooms available, and I even contacted Booking.com to leave the hotel. At the last moment, they said they would give us the two-room suite they should have provided in the first place, and I accepted. The air conditioner was still a bit dirty, but it was at an acceptable level. The receptionist was well-intentioned.

Great customer service, friendly staff. Very accommodating when it comes to unpredicted complaints. Very spacious, activities included within some units (varies upon each unit). Comfortable restrooms with bathtub/jaccuzi (depending on units). Loved the beds!! Very comfortable and soft bed sheets and pillows !!!! Yes yes yes Heated pool with outside spa. Very quiet and peaceful environment, great for families on vacation.

We came during the summer and the heat on the upper floor seeped through some rooms that weren’t provided with portable AC. Although the booking says AC provided, it was not specified as to how it would be distributed, and that some rooms did not have AC unit. Other than that everything was wonderful, some amenities could use a little touch up and repair such as the billiards/dart board, but everything was running and well, and staff were very responsive to needs.

The hotel was close to beach (not on the beach). It was minutes from stores and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had been updated. The staff were nice enough.

Very limited hours. They close at 6pm every day. No amenities. We opened the door and it looks clean up one appearance, but we opened the drawers and there were crumbs and hairs, so we didn’t use them. Also, after my husband showered, he put clean socks on and walked across the carpet and when he looked at his socks a few minutes later, he noticed they were filthy. The carpet was super dirty and we had to put towels down and were shoes to walk around.

When I finally got to my room

This will take a while 1 the first room had a broken AC. The second room similar the whole 10th floor had the wall units that really did not work properly. 2 The third room on 12 floor was upgraded with a temp control on wall. However the TV control did not work. I tried to call front desk from phone did not work.. maintain ce man replaced TV control but could not fix the phone.. When I took shower no body soap had to use soap bar on sink. I lost 1 and a half hours until room problem was finally resolved. N
