  A standard hotel with a spacious, clean, and relatively nice-looking room. No issues during our stay. We especially enjoyed the view from the window of the sunset and cacti — a lovely touch.

  Our only suggestion would be to add at least one type of vegetable to the breakfast selection.

  Everything was great, with the exception of one small thing. See below I love the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. And the bed was amazing.

  I like to turn the ac to around 66, especially when it's hot. The thermostat wouldn't go below 68 and didn't have the option to at least let the fan run continuously.

  Would love it if Pool could stay open until at least 9:30-10pm! 8pm is too early. I am just returning from dinner at that time so we were not able to enjoy a relaxing time in the pool!

  Hopefully you don’t have any issues as it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Had an issue and reached out on Friday night and not a single person reached back out to me. No one in the office regularly, can’t reach anyone by phone, and so I emailed and no one reached back out. If you enjoy customer service and the ability to talk to someone if you have any issues-DON’T stay here!

  Dirty bathroom/long black hairs everywhere. Carpet on step to get into shower was gross i put a towel on it. The floor was dirty.. unvacuumed carpets(junk on bedroom floor)...exhaust in bathroom did not work.. sitting on living room sofa & chair questionable... the comforter on bed had a big stain on the underside (ewww) I threw it in the closet.. the kitchen was ok
