  We loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is walking distance to every tourist site and easily accessible to the L train and to the Metro Electric Line if going further in the city. Every day we were greeted by Antonio at the door who made sure to make everyone feel like they were staying at a home away from home. My kids loved the view from our room and they spent happily over an hour every day just looking out the window. There are many great restaurants nearby. My kids loved Wildberry Pancakes for breakfast (a 7 minute walk) and we enjoyed McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks (a 3 minute walk). We also spent an evening at the river walk nearby just relaxing. A great perk at the hotel was the popcorn at the lobby in late afternoon.

  We went on a pretty busy week and our room was not ready for over an hour after check in time. Our 5 year old was very tired after a long flight and looking forward to stretch in a room. However, they were apologetic and gave us a room as soon as one was available and the lobby area was quite comfy.

  The bed mattress is very soft and uncomfortable to sleep . Be nice to have small table in the bathroom, to put all accessories. The room is small but cozy. Outside sitting area needs to be clean . good location . no front desk

  Staff. We were told that this location has no parking, and valet parking cost $60 a day. I was disappointed, first hotel that offer no parking after many years of traveling. When checked in, we were given one room card. We went up to the room, it wasn’t a connected room. The reservation was for two rooms, but given only one room card, and that automatic leads to thinking it could be a connected room? Went down to front desk only to see staff started making excuses, and they were saying, “ Did you made a separate reservation? Did you make change last minute?” We finally received two room cards for the second room after showing ID the second time. Now here is another issue, why only one room card was given for the first room in the beginning? It was 11pm, dragging my whole family with 7, it was just simply tiresome having to deal with this additional nonsense.
