  It was a perfect set up with the 2 double beds and a a long bookcase attached to the wall with 2 chairs for dining, Ample kitchen with amenities and a great shower.

  My step son and his girl friend helped me move in. It was around 2-3am when I checked in I had an early meeting at 8am. I left in a hurry and returned at 2pm to find they hadn't left. An argument ensued the sheriff came. I was not responsible for any of the problems and wasn't even there at the time. But at the end of it all I was told to leave the property and received no refund for the other 6 days I had prepaid when I checked in. They also added two charges. $250 + 150 + 342 at check in. I was not told about any additional charges but only saw it after an alert came from my bank. The manager and sheriff did not charge me with anything. But I paid dearly total $792.00 for a one night stay is all I received. The manager said they do not give refunds. Your thoughts?

  When I booked online it said breakfast was included, when I checked in they said there would be coffee only coffee, they must be under renovations, but trash everywhere the pool was not usable, we had 2 rooms one of which the privacy latch was broke, we found a gross crusty towel under our bed and a bug in the sink and a hand print on the picture behind the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, it said a hairdryer was in room, but no hairdryer was. The luggage stand was broken the towel rack was broken, there was no creamer for the lobby coffee. And to top it was grossly way overpriced. Unacceptable.

  Me and my family were threatened with violence and spit at as soon as we arrived. There was a guy sitting outside front door that done it and staff said he was bothering people before us so I don’t know why they let him stay there doing that. It completely ruined our trip. Law enforcement was contacted afterwards
