Please be advised that the condition of this rental is misrepresented. As a result, our credit card company is pursuing a refund from Booking.com. Online images show a bright, clean space, with furniture in good condition. In person, the furniture is dilapidated and in some cases filthy. The online photos appear to have been cleaned up (AI or Photoshop perhaps) to make the apartment appear to be in better, newer condition than it is. Based on text messages, we expect Heavently Stays (the agency Booking.com subcontracted) to deny the facts. For this reason, we took extensive photos of the actual apartment for Booking.com and have provided them to our credit card company, before leaving the room unused and finding lodging elsewhere.

The condition of the rental is misrepresented. Real life differed so greatly from the online photos that we initially thought they had sent us to the wrong address. When they texted us that this was indeed the correct apartment, we were forced to find alternate, last-minute accommodations elsewhere for our stay. It was a stressful, unpleasant situation. While speaking with our credit card company, there was a knock at the door: it was a woman who identified herself as the previous night's tenant. One of her bags had gone missing during her stay at this apartment. She thanked us and left disappointed. It added further security/theft concerns to an already dishonest rental. The many issues not shown or disclosed on the Booking.com listing are too long to list, but included: A tiny bathroom that's dirty and dilapidated. Damaged, filthy vanity, chipped tile. There are holes in the walls where towel bars and a toilet paper holder should be. The fan cover is taped to the wall with masking tape. The windows are covered with ripped plastic wrap, which doesn't appear on Booking.com. The tiny lamp doesn't have a switch: it must be plugged in each time. There's an unsafe jumble of cords on the floor at the base of the bed and a dirty space heater. The kitchen is similarly different from the clean space shown online. It also doesn't have the utensils normally provided for light cooking, and there are again holes in walls. We won't list more, but as an aside: Some "decor" not shown online, included a loose animal skin / pelt on a table. Bizarre. UPDATE: While we suspected this unscrupulous renter might put up a fight, we did NOT expect them to concoct an utterly fraudulent, fictional and defamatory story about us!! This goes above and beyond. We're a law-abiding, middle-aged couple from outside NY. We have photos to prove every claim. Booking.com should allow us to post them here for other travelers.

Amazing breakfast! Not too far from town. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and facility. Great place for families— between the pool and hot tub, horse shoes, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, and even a wildlife management area to walk in— there is just about everything! And it’s super helpful there is parking for the toys too!

I wish I would have realized the cool Room options and explored those a little more. Our friends and family had cool suite rooms, and I didn’t know to look into that. Also— one minor thing in our room— there is some kind of rattle or noise when we walked across the floor of our room. It didn’t bother us too much, but we worried about people below us. Otherwise, it was great. :-)

Amazing stay with lots of thoughtful touches like water bottle refills, shuttle bus stop to town right at the front door, afternoon cookies and charcuterie.

Would have preferred real dishware and cutlery at breakfast and/or a compost bin for the compostable cups and plates. The food area also felt a bit cramped. Could be better organized. These are minor complaints though for an overall excellent stay.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. I booked 2 nights. 3 maids came second day, I wasn’t booked according to reception. I rebooked the room. Hilton is charging me for canceling the room too late! I didn’t cancel that date (25 of Aug). I can’t get a decent answer from the ai info naturally. Now I have to argue about this or be charged for canceling when I didn’t cancel, and was staying there already! Duh!

Shuttle was down. Only reason I chose this hotel. Cost me an additional $75 to get to and from airport only minutes away from hotel because shuttle was broken and they did not provide an alternative.
