- “The beds were soooo comfortable, and they were real beds not bunk beds, the roof was very high, and the sleeping room was clean, for the showers the water was hot,and they were cleaned regularily, and the socialising room looked like a phenomenal pinterest room for me, it has a variety of beautiful collected stuff, woody furniture everywhere, and beautiful peranakan tiles and design, booklets about penang and a collection of books, and a piano, a working one. I enjoyed staying in the socialising room, to the point that I started thinking that I should buy a house similar to that and settle there, The owner was so kind and helpful, and he came regularly to clean the house, and the location of the hostel was perfect close to anything you may ever need. I just loved this house, it felt like a real warm home, not a mere hostel, and I met lots of sweet girls there, what a wonderful experience! I wish there were more only females hostels like this one in every city.”

  The location is wonderful, the view from the room and rooftop were attractions themselves, and the room was clean and comfortable for a good price. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The gentleman at the desk (I believe his name was Josh) was super friendly and respectful.

  The hotel was just old and needed to be remodeled. The room that we were supposed to have was not available so we were asked to take a room that had a pet as a previous guest. The room smelled horrible! Then we had to take a smokers room. It was just not what I expected.

  The fact that it in Miami didn't know hialeah is a part of Miami and if it's not thst it's so close to Miami. Also the house was proportioned so bad that one bedroom was the passage way to get to 2 of the bedrooms . There wasn't enough bathrooms for 12 people and the house looks nowhere as nice as the photos posted other than the structure design . . Photos were definite desuisenothing like the actual house . Sliding doors that leads to kitchen has no blinds no covering from being viewed from outside

  We had a little miscommunication with one of the staff at the reception. I think she was a Filipino auntie she was bad faith and unpleasant about our check out. When my parents checked in an old Asian lady told them that they could do a later check out at 2pm instead of 11am but once they went to the reception on the day of checking out and they explained that the Filipino lady told us that it’s not possible or we will have to pay an extra. Information that wasn’t communicated with us previously by the other lady, so we were unhappy with that. I gave her my number to contact me and she called me back saying that the lady that check in my parents didn’t say that, it was clearly bad faith on your side a bit disappointing to finish our trip on this bad faith note but other than that the rest of the staff was good.
