      Location, cleanness. I choose to stay here because I like it but sometimes it's sold out. I like to recommend this place. I stayed the first time 10 years ago and I love it that's why I keep choosing this place.

      There are not enough towels in the room knowing it was four of us, and there is no curtain light coming through. There was no room service while we were there.

      Location was great but that was all. Crepe daddy had great food.

      Parking is two blocks away. No one ever cleaned the room. We had to ask everyday for towels. The pool on rooftop isn't what picture on website showed, very small and indoor pool even smaller. Room very small, balcony was more spacious than the room. Very limited hot water more like luke warm. Not worth the price tag. One elevator for the whole hotel. We used the steps amd we were on the 5th floor. Our room smelled bad looked like there was mold spots on ceiling as well.

      The front desk could not find our reservation. She told me that I needed to contact booking.com . I provided my Id upon check in. So I had to step aside to find reservations number after finding the number she still Clint find our reservation. She looked on a sheet of papers and then she was able to pull up my reservation. It took about 20 mins to get checked in.
