How does it work?

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Hotel Green Plaza Hakone

    - “This was my first time visiting Japan and have heard people recommend a ryokan+onsen experience, especially in Hakone. I'm so glad I did it here! I came with my mom and brother and we stayed in a Japanese style room and opted for the public onsen, which we used at night after dinner. There were probably only 5-6 women in there at the time, not crowded or busy. I wasn't expecting much, but the dinner and breakfast buffet were a pleasant experience, especially since we didn't feel like going out of our way to find a good food place in Hakone. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel as well and the people helping us at the front desk offer great service and spoke English well, which made our experience so easy. As a budget traveler, I was a little nervous to spend $350 for a night here, but it was worth the money and experience. (And of course, everything was clean, functional, etc. Just assume the bare minimums are easily covered).”

  • Sama Sama Hotel KLIA

    - “Walking distance to the terminals. We spent 1 night and loved it!”

    - “Good communication before we arrived- answering emails with questions and communicating arrival information. We were met on arrival and shown around. Owner made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Owner took the time to ask about our plans and make sure we knew how to get where we wanted to go and made a good recommendation for a traditional polish meal within walking distance. We had a nice breakfast with a variety of options including yogurt, breads and spreads, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, vegetables and boiled eggs. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The Inn is charming. We were in the area to watch a bike race. We were able to walk to and from the gondola base.”

    - “Amazing service, super friendly staff, and Villa de Frades is great destination in general, the weather, food, everything.”

  • Ada Port Hotel Adults Only

    - “This was my 4th stay in Alanya, and Ada port is without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in. From the best staff to an amazing view, and a very intimate small beach area, You really can’t go wrong with this hotel. They also serve a varied breakfast with all fresh ingredients. You should book this hotel without looking further.”

A 15-minute walk to Union Station, Capitol, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress. Grocery store and metro stop next door. Excellent service at all levels of staff (front desk, breakfast/ bar, housekeeping)

    • Negative section of review

While breakfast buffet was fine, we felt the $24/person price wasn’t justified given the limited selection day after day. Eggs, bacon/sausage, and roasted potatoes were supplemented with breads/bagels, yogurt, granola, some cereals, and selection of juices. No pancakes, waffles, omelets, or boiled eggs to which we’ve become accustomed at other Hilton facilities. It may seem a trivial detail, but it got old during our 5-day stay.

Location was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Plenty of room and kitchen amenities for six people. We loved having an elevator.

There is a view of the ocean from the back lanai otherwise, it's mostly the other buildings. You can use the tennis courts but there are no rackets for to use.

I love that it always smells clean when I walk in. The location is great. The size of my room was great. The pool area was nice and clean.

What could have been better is the breakfast area. For the location of this Hampton I’m surprised they didn’t have no sauce for the eggs. And the staff looks ready to kick you out five minutes before breakfast is supposed to be done. That was really off putting. 15 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. They didn’t want to restock anything if it had already finished.
