Receptionist at 3:30 pm check-in was discourteous and unprofessional. After receiving room assignment, found one queen bed unmade, red liquid spilled on nightstand (room had not been cleaned!!! On notifying receptionist, she was very curt when reassigning new room. I took photos of filthy vent in bath/shower area, lamp at desk w/bulb only, no globe. Refrigerator on, not cold! No access for charging cellphone. NEVER RECOMMEND or use this facility again.

Very well kept property with great amenities. Great fenced in yard that my dog loved, I loved the gas firepit, and the location was awesome. Lots of trails in the area - if I had more time, i would have checked them out.

I really liked the room and bathroom. Very stations and clean. I enjoyed having a restaurant downstairs. Staff was very nice and helpful before and during my stay.

Parking is a bit of a hassle unless using valet. The fridge in my room was broken. There was a shower head that was unusable as well.

We stay in Airbnb all the time. I liked having a separate place to sleep, as my husband watches TV late, and I can go to bed and shut out the noise.

This place is located behind a dumpy place. The location is not desirable. We showed up, after paying $274.80 up front, and the place was supposed to be ready by 3 PM. It was not, which was not a real problem, as we went to dinner. When we returned, the internet did not work. We contacted the owner who sent the property manager around. He could not get the internet to work either. Finally he hooked my husband up, to his personal internet account. When my husband tried to take a shower, and the water pressure was almost nil. I tried running a bath, and the water barely came out. We are elderly people. My husband is 79, and I am 77. We do not make messes. The checkout instructions required that "we" take out the trash..... Included in the cost of the rental was a $75.00 cleaning fee. I called the owner, and asked why I was paying $75.00 cleaning fee, and was required to take out trash. This place was not worth almost $300.00. Save your money, and stay in a regular hotel. There was nothing special about this place, except for the cost. We stay in Airbnbs all the time, and I have a 5 star rating. Don't waste your money.

I completed early check in. I requested to room close together as we were traveling with my elderly mother. I was given 2 rooms on different floors. When I questioned the clerk he was rude stating that's all they had left. I was asked for all my information again even though I had provided it at early check-in. When I questioned the clerk about it he was rude and stated that's just the way it is. The room smelled musty, the air conditioner was loud. The bed, however, was comfortable. This is by far the worst experience we've had at a La Quinta. La Quinta is are usually choice when we are traveling but we will not stay at this particular one again.
