What a gem! Great little place, comfy, small rooms but you aren't there much since the beach is across the street and there is a fabulous pool out back. There are several outdoor areas to enjoy a book or nap and there are a few indoor common spaces to gather as well (that have AC!) The kitchenette has a small fridge to keep your beverage of choice cool and a microwave to heat up leftovers from the local restaurants. There are so many in the area you can try something different every meal!

A few things to note - remember to pack light because there is nowhere to store clothes except a few hooks/hangers, so you'll be living out of your suitcase. The TV is in a corner only visible from the sofa area - but your suitcase is on the sofa so good thing the beach is there and you probably won't be watching much TV. Bring a bag of extras - toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, shampoo/soap, coffee pods (or tea bags!) because this is more like an apartment than a hotel. Finally - bring your own pool/beach towel; the striped things they provide are not good for anything more than a bathmat or maybe drying dishes or your car. PLEASE - bring back the "Folliday Inn" beach towels you were able to provide some guests! Consider selling them - I would buy!

We had two reservations to stay for a total of a full week. We ended up cutting our second reservation a few days short and just eating the cost because we were not told the pool would be out of service for our entire stay. When I initially asked about it being closed, the staff could not answer why it was closed or for how long it would be closed. After our 3rd day there, they informed us it would be closed our entire trip. Had we known that, we would have booked another hotel. Arizona is hot all hours of the day/night so that was a very big disappointment.

Ours was an adjoining room with a locked door between rooms. This caused a lot of room noise to come through the door frame. Luckily, the other family settled down before I had to call the desk.

You are very succluded on the side of hill. You have to cross a busy street to get to waterfront and there is one restaurant there. Nice restaurant but would have liked more options. The breakfast area was swamped with people. Too many people for size of eating area. Very stingy with amenities. No electrical plugs near bed. Very expensive and don't get much. Staff very bored. Would not stay again.

The property was awful. Caution tape lined the outside rooms, my room was switched 3 times because my lock was not working on the first room, then the second room was filthy and finally the third room was clean and the lock was working.
