The staff assisted me with unloading my luggage and weekend provisions. They brought out a luggage carrier and assisted me with bringing it in to my room.

Location was great, at the north end of Winter Park downtown but easy walking distance to a lot of food options.
The traffic noise from US 40 was a bit bothersome, even with the windows closed. This was a corner unit, however, and we didn't hear any noise from the neighboring units during our stay.

There was a front desk person who couldn’t be less helpful or bothered. Really bad. The one bedroom was way too spartan- no chairs just a couch in the living room. Weird. Not even a desk chair.

I had asked for room near elevators because I have knee problems but was given a room VERY far from elevators. Also it did not habe shower cap or toiletries and on the first night the sofa bed was not made. But everything else was very good. Staff was very helpful

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

It’s much better than other properties I stayed before I stayed at this property. Some area might need to renovate but they can’t do it at once, they try their best to renovate as much as possible to make sure their guests are comfortable enough during stay. For me it’s minor.
