  View was great, pool was amazing and poolside bar with non-alcoholic options made for a great experience. Wonderful food in the restaurants. Extremely accommodating. Great location away from crowds.

  Temperature control in one room was a little warmer than the other. The home theater room was uncomfortably hot (thermostat said around 80°), couldn't sit through the entire movie. Literally the ONLY complaint I have with the entire place. Everything else was lovely.

  The room was amazing. It was very spacious. You felt spoiled having the larger refrigerator and kitchenette in the room. They even provided dish soap and a sponge.

  If I had to dislike anything, it would be that there wasn't a larger trash can in the kitchenette. You had to either use the one in the bathroom or walk clear across the room and use the one by the tv. The other thing would be that our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel so you could hear the doors open every time someone would enter or leave the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was low, and it took a while for the water to heat up to a comfortable temperature.

  i ikes the free hotel shuttle and free breakfast. The shuttle was fine, but the breakfast choices were missing

  The reason I booked it had a free airport shuttle and free breakfast. The room was mostly clean, tho found some used soaps still in the bathroom. The first time I stayed, it was a continental breakfast, which was okay. This time the early birds are all of the peanut butter, rolls, waffles....All that was left was white bread and cereal. I had to go up to the front desk with a hotel employee who had no idea what I was talking about. Finally, she got it and sent the housekeeper to replenish supplies. a few rolls, no waffles, no peanut butter...very poorly refilled.

  The price. Low security deposit. White sheets. Cable worked. Kitchenette available. Spacious.

  Rust in tub, on the floor, on the wall. A simple touch-up will fix this problem. Paint bubbles, which show too much moisture in the room. Things were not wiped down, very unsanitary. The night staff was nice when I checked in, but when I went to the office at:830a, the staff was unprofessional, rude, and impatient. Don't bring your personal problems to work and if you don't like your job, quit. We owe you anything but the rent for our room.
