  The location was perfect! We needed to go to Penn Station often, and it was only a ten minute walk away. It's also close to Chelsea galleries, Madison Square Park, and we walked down to the West village in about 25 minutes. Loved it. Also, we were able to check in early. If they have a room available when you arrive, they will let you stay. I appreciated their flexibility a lot.

  The location was close enough to everywhere we needed to be. All information was shared clearly in the amenities in the home. Very comfortable.

  The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t very good but manageable. You just have to allow a bit more time to get ready.

  Location, pool, and restaurants/bars with music on site. Staff was very kind and had free water available for us. That was awesome.

  The room made us sick. Husband had a horrible headache that linger. He got it as soon as we walked in and settled down. I felt sick immediately too with congestion, sore throat, and asthma. I do well in humid weather hence why I picked TN for a trip but it felt like the room was not clean although it looked clean. The air with the ac felt unclean....I couldn't breathe in there. Ruined the trip in a way. We had to ask for a humidifier although we wanted another room. I wonder if the room's ventilation and ac are clean. Felt it had mold..I mean it sucks because as soon as I would go in there I felt like I was suffocating and couldn't breathe. When I left I felt fine. Needless to say I left super sick with asthma in the summer.

  The elevators broke down all the time. It was hard on my senior parents that we had to use the stairs and we were on the 9th floor. Lobby coffee machine doesn’t work through out our 4 day stay.
