  The property was mostly nice. The room had some outlets that didn’t work. The tv was unplugged in one of the rooms. There were some clumps of dust/hair in the corners by the outlets. Otherwise, things were nice and clean.

  Convenient location. Easy and affordable local transportation. It has parking if you drive your own car. Host very attentive and responsive. Little Havanna near by restaurants on Calle 8. Family atmosphere.

  The location of the property was great. Walking distance to most everything as well as convenience of a golf cart rental around the block. Deli around the block was delicious. AC worked great.

  Lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you. Listing stated ample parking but was told only room for one vehicle after we arrived. We were pulling a trailer so we had to pay to park on the street the last day due to the neighbor complaining. There was plenty of space but we complied and paid for street parking. There was some small issues but wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.

  The space in the room was great, full kitchen and beds are super comfortable.

  Rooms smell of cigarettes really bad from other guests smoking even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Tub does not drain and bathroom was not clean. Dryers do not dry your clothes.

  The young man at the front desk was very unprofessional, my room key didn't work. There was something wrong with the mechanism and he threw temper tantrum because he had to deal with it. Instead of putting me in a different room, I stayed in the room without a key. So I could not leave. Luckily I was soooo tired that I wasn't going anywhere. The coffee pot in the room didn't work... I would not stay again or recommend
