      Having to leave Hahaha but seriously within our first hour in the room housekeepers had to come in to Restock the mini bar and fridge which we had no intention of using anyway. That should be done Before guests arrive

      I enjoyed the fact the hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Detroit

      I do not like that there wasn’t an area for pets to use the bathroom. There were some bushes and freshly laid mulch that got everywhere. I just wish it had a dedicated area for pets.also, why is valet parking at the hotel so expensive?????? Very disappointing.

      It was the worst place I have ever booked I will never come back again and I hated the staff they was rude and unprofessional I booked the room for one night after traveling 3 hours from home when I got to there on time my room wasn’t ready waited all night for a 4:00 pm room that I never got she never called me or inform me when the room was ready and she acted like she didn’t care I will never ever come back there again and I would never tell anyone to go there the worst experience ever

      Booking a room that I paid for 2 days in advance for that I never got and when I get there the line is at the door and people are waiting for their room and being turned away cause it’s not ready waiting for a 4:00 in the evening room that you rushed to get to to find out you have to stay and wait for it all night to see that you will never be placed in a room with unprofessional and rude staff that acts like they aren’t concerned I will booked another place when I go back
