No exhaust fan in bathroom which caused black mold in the caulking. Human hair stuck to the ceiling above the shower. Personal belongings of prior guess we're still in the room. The spare sheet in the drawer was dirty and rolled up into a ball not folded. The smoke detector was not up it was shoved in a drawer underneath the TV. The window had no screen and no lock to it anybody could open it from the outside and climb right through. Stains on the carpet. The whirlpool Jets don't work that well all they do is blow air pockets causing water to splash in your face and eyes. The room is completely dark when you walk in no light switch to turn on a light. Stains on the ceiling.

The facility was extremely dated. Matress was so worn out that when you say on the edge of the bed in the middle you sank to the point of your hips touching the mattress almost to your love handles (I only weigh 180lbs). I have a bad back, and the only way i could sleep in either of the queen beds was to put pillows in between the box spring and mattress to support it enough that my back wasn't arched when i laid on my side or flat. Mold on the caulk lines of the tub. Behind the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in years. When standing in the shower you could feel the ribs of the supports of the tub on your feet. The middle of the tub sagged so much that water pooled there and was still pooled the next morning when ya went to shower again. The walls were paper thin so much so that we could hear full conversations clear as a bell above, behind, and next to us. The floor above squeaked with every foot movement, and we could follow the movement of every person in the room above. When we asked if all the rooms were like this, the staff was disinterested and stated "yeah all the rooms are like this. It costs a lot of money down here to build soundproof rooms so all the walls are a little thin and you'll hear noises. It also costs too much to constantly update the rooms. All the places up and down the banks are like this." The staff appeared miserable that they had to work. When entering the lobby, they wouldn't even look up, and if they did make eye contact, they wouldn't crack a smile or offer a greeting. Very poor hospitality! We will never patronize that facility again and will warm friends and family the same. 1 out of 10 star ratings.

The sofa bed had an odor so we could not use it. The room had a smell like maybe old mop water may have been used to clean the floor, but overall a nice stay.

The shower was not good. The shower head looked like it had options for type of spray, but the selector didn’t change the pattern at all. I also don’t like forced Valet at $42/night. For a price that high you should at least have another option you could choose from. Room service had very limited options.
