  New beautiful hotel and great location for those who prefer to stay in modern rather than classic Del Coronado hotel because Bower is just across the street. Hotel stuff was fantastic, they offer free rental of beach towels chairs and umbrellas as well as bikes and helmets

  The apartment was spot clean and located in the heart of Santa Monica downtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Just 2 blocks away from the beach.

  The apartment was extremely noisy in the morning (~7am). Street sweeping woke us up both days during our stay (Monday and Tuesday). There’s no blackout curtain either, just very sheer blinds. So if you like your room dark and quiet in the morning, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  Location was good for what we were looking for, staff was friendly, room was large and beds were okay.

  Our room reeked of cigarette smoke due to the smoking section was outside our window. Rooms were cleaned only once a week. We found lots of pubic hair and dried pee on the toilet seat.

  The stay was nice and everything was clean. The private pier and fishing was great.

  Every morning there were ants all over the balcony floor. We ate in their restaurant the first night. The service getting our food took a long time with not very many people there and it was a little pricey for what you get. I'd rather pay those kind of prices for better food and service.

  The first time we stayed, the room was dirty, and blood on the sheets, the patio door was broken. The second time they put us in an accessible handicap room, the beds were low to the ground, and the wooden bed rails hurt, getting in and out of bed. It was very uncomfortable Check-in was at 4 we didn't get our room till 5 and never got any compensation. Not sure we will go back. it is so expensive to have all those things happen
