Fantastic place! I stayed during the Concours D'Elegance and the room has huge compared to what I normally can get for the price. Lovely details like branded glassware, coffee in the room was good. Very comfy bed and great pillows. Modern bathroom. Great staff who helped out a lot. AND PARKING - for this event, that's worth its weight on gold!

Very impressed with this hotel! Our room was big and the separate toilet/ shower from sink and vanity was a very nice feature. Bed and sofa comfy! Staff friendly and breakfast was very good! Pool was nice but could have used a skimming! Would definitely book this hotel again!

I would have appreciated some more classic options (bacon, eggs, potatoes) at breakfast. The breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the gluten free bread. The price was also a little high for me. I splurged for one night, If the price came to 250 instead of 300 I would come back more times.

I booked a few weeks ago through booking.com. Hyatt presented me with a surprise $25 "destination" fee upon arrival. It came with two free alcoholic beverages (one of which I gave away because I was there for work early the next morning; anyway the wine option was just okay). Also the destination fee was to cover the bottled water in the room. Upon returning home to submit my travel costs to my employer, I realized I had already paid the $25 destination fee through booking. Meaning that I paid it twice - once to booking and once to Hyatt. I called Hyatt and they offered to refund the $25 that I had paid, and they said that booking should not be charging this fee. So they refunded the $25 that they had charged my card upon arrival and resent an invoice. The new invoice reflected a $7 charge for the bottled water that should have been included in that $25. So I had to call Hyatt again to ask them to remove the bottled water fee. They were apologetic, professional, and friendly about it, but a $25 fee could have turned into a $57 fee if I had not happened to see these charges.

Evening receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She scolded a young boy for asking her a question . She advised me she wouldn’t trust the online registration with any personal information. Totally unprofessional. Lobby carpet looked filthy dirty. Doesn’t look like it’s ever been shampooed. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Very cheap food. They only provided three pillows for two people so if you wanted to prop yourself up in bed to watch tv you had to share a pillow. Air conditioner was extremely loud as it turned on and off. Woke me up every time it did. Needless to say if you are hoping for a good nights sleep it is out of the question. Not a place I will ever go to again. Good luck if you do!
