It was right in the middle of where we needed to be…food, class, Sedona, and Jerome. It had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

I should have called to check if they had elevators. I broke my ankle about two years ago. So I had a little extra effort climbing and descending the stairs. That was harder with luggage.

Breakfast is WITHOUT PROTEIN just waffles that you make yourself with mini croissants, bread, cereal, bananas, coffee, apple and orange juice. Then they had signs at this front desk lady that tells you that they don’t want you eating in your rooms yet the dining area is only open 7-10AM, which made no sense when the rooms has a kitchen.!! My daughter does not want to revisit due to the receptionist who kept DEMANDING that she eats her waffles downstairs.! She got very unhappy, bothered, uncomfortable and didn’t even want to eat. I have two babies that was asleep which I even told the lady when I first went then allowing my daughter to go next.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding our recent stay at your vacation rental. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, particularly in terms of customer service and the handling of our security deposit. During my communication with a staff member named Kiara, I was informed that we would not be receiving our deposit back. I found the interaction to be unprofessional—she interrupted me, refused to let me explain the situation, and hung up on me twice. Additionally, we were approached by security just minutes after our scheduled check-out time. The guard knocked on the door very aggressively, startling our group, which included several children. We politely asked for a few extra minutes to gather our belongings and ensure the children were safely escorted out. Despite this, the guard returned shortly afterward, again banging on the door. In the rush, my sister fell down the steep staircase and injured her foot, which was very upsetting. We were charged an additional $70 for staying late, which I understand, as the policy states $25 per hour. I do not take issue with this charge. However, I am concerned that we were not refunded any portion of our $400 deposit. While I understand that there may be deductions for linen replacement (as the policy mentions $12 per item), I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of the charges and the rationale behind withholding the full deposit. I hope this message is received with the seriousness it deserves. I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair review of our case
