  Nothing. We didn’t even stay there. Checked in and after seeing pee on the toilet seat amongst other gross things, we checked out. We were promised that we wouldn’t be charged, but unfortunately haven’t received any type of refund yet. Both Booking.coms fault and the property.

  Everything. It was unacceptable. On top of being dirty, it smelled, was overall grimy. They sell condoms at the front desk next to all the snacks. There is a stop club next door. Just overall unkept.

  Penthouse pool was nice. Room was fine. Bathroom functional. Elevators worked. Blinds were remote controlled and fine (blocking out a bright light that shone directly into our room at night).

  Much construction nearby. The expressway is next door to the hotel so there is the risk of pollution. View was not so great (a parking lot). Not many plants or trees. It felt concrete-y. The walk to the Union Train station was rather circuitous (no gate for pedestrians out of the parking lot). Most of all, my laptop could not connect to the Hotel wifi -- but the fault was not my laptop since it worked on other hotels. Also, the guest laundry was taken by someone else (ie not enough washer-dryers).

  I thought that the property was located in a good part of Newport and I like the fact that you could walk across the street to the beach or go to Georgie’s for dinner.

  I felt that the hotel was very dated and kind of rundown. I think the hotel charges too much but that’s because it’s summer on the Oregon coast. I think the breakfast was kind of strange.
