  I liked the hotel and its setting. The lake location is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, and there are places to be with friends, have events, and relax. Everything at the hotel was fine until our last day. That morning my husband had a zoom meeting that lasted until the early afternoon. After the call, I removed the "do not disturb" sign from our door and asked the front desk to have the room cleaned, and we went out. Not only did the room not get cleaned, no turn down service happened either. When I told the front desk the next morning, they apologized, but offered no explanation or attempt to compensate even in a small way.

  The restaurant had.problems in the kitchen. They couldn't keep up with the orders and made people wait almost 30 minutes for food. Others who were staying at the hotel were turned away so the kitchen could catch up. The last day of our stay, no one could charge food to their rooms because there were computer problems. So, it seemed like there was always something behind the scenes that didn't work.

  This place is beautiful and relaxing! In reality it is even nicer than the photos Everything was so clean and organized. you can feel that everything was done with top quality materials That bed was so comfortable Melissa, Rosa and Haley accomidated everything we can think of and always with a smile. Felt like a family Breakfast was great, with a large variety for the whole family. Dinner was delicious and the chef was communicating with us before to check what we like The SPA was amazing! Definitely a must!

  The location was really good. Not too far from Hershey Park and a lot more affordable than closer the park. Breakfast was really good, I just wish it was open just a little later. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

  The pool area was a little dirty and stuff floating in the hot tub. Otherwise that was fine! And not a complaint, just a recommendation- larger trash cans in the rooms. One thing in the can and that was it. I ended up just taking the bin and dumping the can next to the elevator.
