Excellent location...walkable to everywhere. Very helpful staff...all needs addressed promptly and with great care. Rooms cleaned daily and early,Thanks Francesca. complimentary coffee bar in the lobby , great quality toiletries, fitness room more than adequate, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. Adequate towels and rooftop pool . More than value for money!

Plumbing issues negatively affected 3 of the 4 days...preventing breakfast in usual fashion and quantity. Also prevented use of the famed restaurant. Problem persisted and made the stay uncomfortable when venturing to lobby area due to foul smell and being physically displaced by water. Staff tried to minimize the impact but this was a significant problem they were seemingly unable to get control of efficiently. If not for the plumbing issues , would be more highly rated

Exterior is a total disconnect to inside. Exterior is run down, long grass and weeds, trash on the floor, cracked pavement, pretty dark and scary at night. Beach chairs only 2 and one broken beach umbrella, that doesnt match the photo of closet content, we asked for a beach umbrella replacement and they never got back to us

Bed were very very uncomfortable, sounded like the box springs were broken. Toilet was loose to the floor, when checking out which yes I get was very early at 530 in the morning but waited at front desk for 15 mins and still nobody and ended up leaving a note on desk saying to check out with my rooms keys on note. When we loaded the car my wife decided to call and try to check out via phone, worked answered by saying just hello completely woken up from their sleep and once we said what room we were in they proceeded to hang up the phone

Required to pay for 3 nights though only needed 2; not everybody is there for orientation! Microwave didn’t work. Showers need a door. Breakfast needs more healthy options. Staff not particularly friendly

This facility is on a highway with lots of traffic. Inside it's clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and profession. I was ecstatic to find this was a NO SMOKING facility! I will stay again!!

The building isn't brand new and there's some wear evident. There are a lot of contract laborers who seem to stay there and that might bother some people. Though I found all of them to be respectful.
