  Location was awesome but we unexpectedly broke down on the side of the Hwy outside of Jackson, MS. Had to drive backwards to get a car from enterprise. long story short we did not get to check in till like 4:45 a.m. and had to be out by like 11 a.m. they only let us stay for an hour longer and we paid enough to have been able to stay and sleep a little longer we had a baby with us as well.

  The front desk staff is really nice. We checked in around 10pm and were having card issues. The front desk staff was patient while we straightened it out. It’s a short walk to Main St Hyannis and right across from the Melody Tent

  They need to invest money in this property it could be a great place instead of average to below. The walls are dinged up. The lock on our room door had one screw holding it in.

  The only things that I liked about this property were that the staff were pleasant, the lobby was pretty modern & had a pleasant smell,& the location was in walking distance to Disney Springs.

  Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the room. We had to switch rooms because the shower head in our first room was broken and constantly leaking. The faucet couldn’t be turned on without the shower heavily dripping, and even trying to hold down the lever that shuts it off didn’t help. This was especially frustrating since my son prefers baths, but he wasn’t able to enjoy one. Both rooms also had a strange, stale odor that lingered from the moment we arrived. We kept catching whiffs of it, but could not pinpoint where it was coming from. The beds were uncomfortably firm, which made it difficult to get any real rest. On top of that, the bathroom was very cramped, with barely enough space between the toilet and the door to move around comfortably. Unfortunately, the overall comfort and quality of the room/stay just didn’t meet our expectations as we hoped.

  The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. It was very quiet at night and we slept well.

  The parking lot is small and hard to find a space at times. Construction going on at entrance of hotel. Pieces of ceiling was peeling and hanging near the bathroom.

  Very cute lodgeand convenient for walking distance. The grounds were kept up nicely.

  The location of the bed in the Einstein was not easy to access as it was against the wall. The bathroom shelves were not wide enough to hold items. Should have wall air conditioning. It was hot!
