This stay through Booking.com was excellent! The property was pet-friendly, which made it perfect since I had my dog with me. It’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets, so this was a huge plus. The check-in process was fast and easy, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the stay. Everything went smoothly, from the quick check-in to how welcoming they were with my dog. It was a great experience all around.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very attentive and accommodating. We rode our motorcycle on this trip, and George placed us in a room with a clear view of the bike. Tiffany was also awesome and ridiculously helpful!!! Breakfast was great, also.

The location was great - close to American University. Restaurants were close to this location. This was a comfortable room. We got what we expected.

There was not much parking here. The carpet was being replaced right outside of our room. The workers started around 7:30 in the morning. We were hoping to sleep in.

There was evidence of sewage backup in the restroom, the toilet was filled with fecal matter and had an infestation of gnats and flies. The ceiling had been repaired several times, I’m assuming where water leaks have happened because the smell of mold was so overpowering. They had mold on the furniture, door knobs, etc. The bed was way to small. If you are a couple, you can give up both fitting comfortably. You will have no other option but to be laying on top of each other. The lady at the front desk said she moved the lady before us three times due to cleanliness issues and the ac not working in the rooms.

The concierge was awfully rude and unhelpful. I had an all-day commitment in town and would not be able to physically check in until 11 pm to midnight, but he would not let me store my luggage at the hotel. When I said I would be back late, he asked for a specific time ("12:01 or 12:05 am?"), then shrugged dismissively at anything I said. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. On a minor note, the pool was closed.

Breakfast was not great. However, all necessary items were present, possibilities to heat items is good, warm eggs etc. is good too. Don't know anything about the area, came and left from parking lot

Oatmeal could have been tasty, opposed to offered one, which was plain bad. Muffins, bagels etc, could be not from mass production warehouse, wrapped in cellophane, sitting in boxes forever.
