It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.”

      I have stayed here before. This was my second time, and i loved it both times! I love the pools. The suites are very big and spacious. will definitely return. I love the complimentary pool towels. It's a very nice touch. Ooohhh, and i loved the virtual assistant. I didn't have that last time. Any questions or any needs were met very quickly, so i loved that! Was sad to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you!!! The balcony is also one of my favorite parts of the room, and yall have great balconies!

      The cleaning could be better the bathtub was very dirty next time will bring some cleaner with me. The floors didn't feel very clean, but they were manageable. That's my only issue ❤️

      Walked up to the door and it looked like it had been broken into. AC unit was falling off the wall. Shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. Had to have the shower all the way to hot to get a mildly warm shower. Dogs barking all the time. This hotel has ppl that live there full time. More of them than visitors. Got woke up to DV in the room next to us. The ppl above us keep us up until after 2 in the morning. Would never recommend a stay here or any other one regardless of location!
