  I loved this property. But- I traveled with my two dogs, so I think I got a room dedicated to pets. I imagine other rooms were cleaner and more presentable.

  I loved the amenities. I loved the staff. I love the breakfast buffet. Everything was very clean except for my particular room. There was something under the bed because my dog wouldn’t stop looking for it. And a piece of popcorn popped out. That was kind of gross.

  Rated 3 stars but it comes across as a cheap 2 star trying to save money through meager offerings and poorly trained staff. Towels - are you kidding? This small? No extras? Pillows - worse I've ever experienced globally. Cheap foam chunks stuffed into a sack. Breakfast - Yawn. Hot tub was not even bath-temp warm. A/C unit never worked well, despite maintenance action. Room was either warm or icy cold. Most glaring issue was the staff. Check in was painful. Bought food items many times, and each time it was a slow process to purchase. Could never charge it to the room even though they had my card on file.

  The stairs up to the second floor were very steep and narrow with a quick turn to the right. Washer and dryer available however there was no detergent. I asked for some and a friend brought it over. I was told that they don’t keep it there because it gets stolen.
