  The room was very clean, well appointed, bed was very comfortable, and view was nice. I liked there was a grab-n-go Starbucks in the lobby for quick coffee and a bite for breakfast.

  Upon arrival there’s no indication outside the casino where to go for check-in. I drove around the entire building trying to locate the hotel’s lobby before giving up and walking into the casino, where I then learned the check-in area is located. Despite making it very clear I was on along trip by myself with a lot of equipment that needed to be unloaded from the car, the desk clerk proceeded to check me into a room on the 12th floor in a tower with no elevated, attached parking garage. When I asked repeatedly for parking in a garage (it was very hot and I had multiple ice chests to unload) she only said there was no garage access to that tower and that I’d have to bring all of my gear through the casino to that tower’s elevator (the help of a bell hop was offered when I found out there was no luggage cart I could use myself). I asked where the parking garage was (not well-signed outside either) and she told me it only reached the 4th floor of a different tower with higher cost rooms. After too much time discussing this with her (to no avail) and the nearby female bell hop (who was more helpful, understanding my situation, and wanting to problem solve with me), I finally returned to the desk and spoke with a male supervisor who agreed to upgrade me for my one-night stay in the tower with the garage. I parked on the top (4th) floor and made 3-4 trips to my 7th floor room to both unpack and repack the car. I chose to lug it all myself rather than hire a bell hop. I was disappointed there were no luggage carts available in the parking garage. When I mentioned this to staff later I was told they have a problem with homeless taking them so can’t leave carts unattended.

  Noisy AC unit. If you stay in the motel units on a weekend night, you may have noisy bikers for neighbors. There was an argument between two of them in the early hours of the morning.
