      It's in a quiet neighborhood and a perfect location. The house had everything you needed and was very clean upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Prime location from the beaches, downtown St Pete, John's Pass, and only 5 min from a brewery and eateries with amazing drinks and food.

      Oceanfront! Pool was great and so was the large hot tub. Deck was nice for looking at the ocean or dining outside. Wooden walkway all the way to the beach was nice and chairs and umbrellas were available to rent. Nice restaurant/bar on site. Washer and dryer was free to use!

      Hotel definitely needs some upgrades. Doesnt look like its had a.facelift in a very long time. Although we rented a pet friendly room I was still expecting it to be cleaner. Lots of sand on the floor and turned our feet black. We ended up placing puppy pads all over the room to avoid walking on the floor. The base boards were dingy and it smelled bad. We bought a plug in freshener and that helped. The bed sheets were very clean but the mattress was great on one side and completely worn out on the other. Cobwebs and trash behind our nightstands.

      Location was great - so close to the subway! Rooms were spacious! Cleaning staff were friendly. Not only ice but having the water to fill our water bottles was great!

      The side of the bed where I slept was slanted toward the edge and I felt I was going to roll off but thankfully did not!
