  The room location was great and breakfast options were good choices for complimentary breakfast. The staff that we met were fantastic and tried their hardest despite the challenges that they had. They went above and beyond with what they could to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

  They were grossly understaffed and we had to wait an additional 2 hours before we could check in because the room wasn't cleaned or ready yet. Once it was ready, we had to ask for a toilet seat because there was none and also linens for the pull-out sofabed. Later we needed to let them know that there was a leak coming from the air conditioning pipe from upstairs in between the floors that looked like they tried to fix before. We never used the pool or fitness center: a third party contracts for the maintenance on the pool and filters the pool which looks like it has not been done in a very long time because it was very cloudy and there was hardly any water flow; we checked out the fitness center and there was ceiling tile and a puddle of water on one of the exercise bikes and maybe four other pieces of equipment in a 10 x 15 room.

  One young lady (staff that walks the rooms to ensure guest don’t need anything) who asked us if we were checking out gave me the weirdest look when I told her my room was just extended another day. The side eye she thought I didn’t see was the only aggravating ordeal. Everyone else fantastic in every way from arrival to departure.
