Came to go to both MLB Parks. Both were on the Red Line which we caught right on the corner. Walk to Navy pier was doable and fun. Cathedral was in walking distance and used the blue line for O'Hare. Corner room and view on 19th floor were wonderful.Was perfect.

I booked a room there 2 nights in a row and feel so stupid for it bc i should've got the hint the 1st night the rude , judgemental foreign woman tried her absolute best to get a rise out of me and she did ill tell ya! Ontop of me already having an unbelievably horrible day in paid for my room online through you guys then get there and she tells me theres none of the rooms left available that I paid for and I could pay 20 extra and she'd put me on a suite. I had to leave and go to the bank and by the time I returned she had canceled my booking so I had nowhere to stay but in my car..The next day I called to double check they had plenty of rooms bf I booked online and the woman said they had plenty so I went on and paid again just to get there last night at about 9ish and a different woman tells me that im banned from the property. I explained over and over that the reason it was saying I wasn't allowed to stay there wasn't right at all and they should roll there cameras back to plz show me when I had folks in and out of my room throughout my last stay there and nobody wanted to do that...She then tells me that she'll allow me to stay if I can get somebody else to use there Id which is why I changed the name on my booking last night for about an hr.I get somebody to go up there with there id and a different man whose super crabby and short with the guy that shows him his id and he proceeds to give him every excuse there is of why he cant stay there then he mentions my name saying your with her! Well shes not allowed to stay on the property..So they canceled my booking once again after making up complete fabrications of events that did not occur! I don't even associate with people around that area and im absolutely 100% apauled that these people even are allowed to run a business bc they shouldn't be allowed to treating people that way! Ill never go back and I hope with every part of me that they get shut down

The app is useless in its present state, check in was far too long, staff specifically at the restaurants were too pushy. Credit needs to be expanded to floors beyond the 3rd floor.
