      The property was actually nicer than the pictures. Very clean very big very comfortable. Booked this place last min for my son’s 17th bday and it felt like home away from home. Neighborhood really nice and it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do! 10/10 really recommend.

      The front desk guy was very kind to us! The concierge was also very kind and helpful with tips on places to visit.

      Our reservation didn't include breakfast, however, we had breakfast there one day and the service was some of the worst we've ever had. A staff member told me, "I can't right now, I'm busy," when I politely asked for a bowl to put my cereal in! The cleaning of our room was also poor the 3 nights we were there.

      The room was horrible,blood on the bathroom door. Had to ask for towels every night and was told it would be 1.5 hours or would not get them at all. On the 3rd day asked for room to be cleaned was not cleaned finally got cleaned the 4th night. Staff was extremely rude.. Ants on the bathroom floor.

      I reserved the room and asked for a king bed, 1st floor accommodation ,trash overflowing in the walkway and the elevator was broken.I received a full size bed and a room on the 3rd floor when asked to be moved to a room on a lower floor and two beds . I was told they couldn’t because my room was booked on line with you and the computer wouldn’t allow it and you guys are extremely hard to get a hold of unless it’s making a reservation or taking card information.😒😡
