      This property is consistently clean and comfortable. This was my 4th or 5th stay. It is in a great location, free parking, pool, and gym. Great value! The common areas are always clean. The staff is really friendly. Everything is always in working order. It might sound basic but if you travel a lot you know that for a location to consistently provide this level of cleanliness and service is significant. I am not a big fan of the breakfast but it is typical hotel breakfast, not anything against this property in particular.

      We absolutely loved our stay at the Beverly Laurel. The staff were super friendly, the pool was great and our room had loads of space. The cafe next door, "Swingers" did an awesome breakfast and we were close enough to walk to nice bars and restaurants. I would go back for sure.

      Loved that it was quiet and peaceful. Not a far walk to either pool on the property and everyone was nice and welcoming. Bar had great food and drinks. Was nice to relax by the pool with drinks and able to watch the football games while lounging.

      Only complaint would be that the balcony wasn’t screened in. Only the 1st floor units were screened in. Helps keep the flys and mosquitoes out. But aside from that no complaints.

      It's close to walking around the town restrants are close ,the Lake front is as well . Stayed here 3 yrs ago came thru again n wanted to stay bc it was so clean n nice last time when we stayed here. Not anymore its awful.

      We wanted a 2 nite stay unfortunately this was what we found out after 3 yrs of staying here. Carpets in 206 smelled like cats stains on the floor are dirty in front of bathroom floor,,,,the fan ceiling didn't work , .. We asked to change rooms ,,but what they showed us a room that was even smaller the fridge was much smaller . We kept the room we had , we sprayed the carpet with lysol ran airconditioning while we stepped out a few hrs . Ice machine was a very small counter one . This place was much better 3 yrs ago .

      Even tho they have a sign up for breakfast on the weekends, staff said they stopped serving. The doors to the room was a little rough to open. The morning staff was friendly, but very lazy.
