  This hotel is within walking distance to Fox Theater, we attended a WSU white coat ceremony. Staff were very nice. Room was big and clean, with two queen size beds and a seating area. Our room even had two tv's for each bed...My friend and I both had JAWS on. There is a Keurig with coffee and tea Also, has an iron and ironing board, thank goodness, my clothes were a little wrinkled from the drive over from Seattle. The beds were very comfortable...The pillows were amazing :) I wish I would have looked to see what kind they were, I would love them as my pillows at home. I chose to use valet parking instead of the lot which was fast and friendly service. We did not do any 'extras' at the hotel nor did we eat there. I will definitely stay here again.

  There was nothing that we didn't like...Well, maybe the train, but that can't be helped. I didn't notice the train noise but my travel buddy did.

  We had vouchers for the restaurants and used them. The lunch /dinner restaurant was great. Sauciety was "just okay". It had many choices, which was appreciated, but the pastries, oatmeal, and eggs were just okay. The service was attentive and pleasant in both restaurants. Staff was great in all sections of the hotel.

  Parking should be free as it mostly outdoor and not supervised on the parking area by a human. Pot for boiling water dysfunctional (water sprays outside the cup area). Would be nice to have a mini-fridge even for small fee per each stay. Bathroom door does not close although the way possibly floor or the door is uneven. Upon entering the room the first time after checking in the AC was set on 64 degrees full blast. Hotel via signage encourages saving electricity (and their money) on lights out policy - the AC setting negates this.
