  They only gave us 2 towels when we reserved for 4 people. They didn’t have staff on that could bring us more. We needed to go to the front desk to get more. The large bottle of shower gel was empty and only realized when I was in shower. When I went out to the front desk, they told me I was lucky that they had a small one in the back they thought they were out and I would need to wait till housekeeping came in two hours after I needed it I made a mistake and I didn’t bring my toothbrush or toothpaste. They had no disposables like most hotels and they had nothing in their store. The front desk told me that they don’t keep them since they put in store so at 4 o’clock in the morning I had to go out looking for a toothbrush. I know it was my fault but most hotels would have helped me with the same situation.

  Had a weird smell in the lobby and hallway to our room #120. Toilet tank leaked and would all of a sudden fill up and make a loud noise every hour or so. Floor was vinyl plank and was chipping up and in a real mess. There was a handicap chair sitting by the tub, but if I was handicapped and needed it, there's no way the chair would've fit in the tub. 😳

  Only problem was a bunch of people wondering around and watching you while you go towards your room. Had two random individuals come around and felt uncomfortable. One was trying to follow me upstairs towards my room but wanted to go into the elevator with me while I was alone waiting for my boyfriend to come luckily he popped up and managed to scare him away. Another one was the following day after I had gone downstairs to my car and went back into the room another individual came up towards our room knocking after watching me come upstairs alone playing it off as if he was looking for somebody thankfully I didn’t open the door my boyfriend did who knows what could have happened. Can’t be trusting just anybody now and days, too many crazy people out here and people end up missing.

  Mattress too worn out to sleep on. Slept on chair. Room too dark to see. Noisy. Street headlights shone in all nite. No blankets. Paid for three non-refundable nites. Stayed one nite. Checked out and came home. Ruined 46th anniversary getaway. Missed seeing family. Thank. You very much La Quinta Inn!

  The place is literally falling apart from the bathroom fixtures to the television. Fridge buzzing. Can hear people walking overhead. Laundry room next door sounds as well, plus people including employees walking by talking loudly early in the morning. People working on cars in the parking lot at 8am. Ice machine across the street. No employees on premises at night. No food available for breakfast or in vending machines.
