  The exterior of the motel is typical for this type of motel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior. The room was surprisingly large and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay. Motel is located outside the city, but it is still close enough to explore the area. We also liked that it is pet friendly motel.

  The room was extremely clean. The towels were new. I am not fond of using hotel towels. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a suite which came complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher. The location was also close enough to Busch Gardens.

  Very understaffed. It was our first time there and the first night the only place to eat diner was packed so we ordered takeout from the bar and they took 3 hours to make it.

  Nothing seemed opened. There was a pool bar supposedly but it wasn’t open Monday Tuesday or Wednesday. There was never anyone working there to assist with anything unfortunately very run down and tired.

  Employees rude, it smelled awful, charged a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere and you don’t get it back for at least 3-4 days, told me the room I reserved wasn’t available because something had to be fixed then charged same amount for a less quality room then gave us a room that had not been cleaned at all since the last guests were there and then called me rude for complaining about it. Attaching a pic of the room they gave me that had not been cleaned
