This is simply an exceptional host-meets and greats at the post transports you to the suites and delivers you back in time for your ferry on departure and is on hand/call for any issue no matter how small or unusual. We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”

  The room was really cool! loved the windows, the automatic blinds, spacious room and bathroom. bed very comfortable, tv large and easy to control. remote very simple! many options. we could see Oracle Park from our room and loved walking to the 2 games we attended. rooftop Cavana is fabulous!

  no place to eat breakfast in the hotel or nearby. we could not find anyplace to eat without taking a taxi or our car. coffee bar was just ok......crowded and slow. sitting area very nice. could use a makeup mirror in bathroom. hair dryer was kinda weird.

  It is quite a lovely place in a perfect location to visit the walk of fame and theater. Beds were very comfy and the room was very nice. Our room also had a lovely view of Hollywood Hills. I got a huge discount through Booking.com so the cost for 2 nights was very reasonable.

  Three courtesy bottles of water for which you would be charged $11 per water if you drink them and a $28 destination fee that includes wifi use, when in fact I didn't need to pay that at all to get good service. It wasn't articulated well at all that you don't NEED to pay that to get wifi. I'm glad we tested it out before we paid that fee.

  The apartment was as advertised. It is located in the center of town within walking distance of the Inner harbor, Camden yards and Mercy Hospital. The building was very secure and check-in was very easy.

  The only thing that really stood out to us was, we would love to have had a TV in the bedrooms.

  For a last minute booking on a Friday evening, everything about the booking was great. Big beds, clean towels. Waffles for breakfast. Pretty convenient to places in southeast Colorado Springs.

  Outside photo of Travelodge looked more "tired" than sleek night photo on Booking.com. Not that convenient to Monument or front range activities.

  Met one of the owners at check-in. He was very friendly & nice. Very accommodating, opened the bar so we could buy a drink. Nice renovation, great location, and very comfortable.

  Unfortunately, staff tried to come into our room in the morning without knocking. That's a big no-no. ALWAYS knock before entering. Additionally, there was a family staying in the hotel w young children. The children were running up & down the hallway having fun, yelling & screaming, and they even tried our door. Woke us up. Kids will be kids. However, there was no one there at the front desk to keep an eye on things. The front desk was very close to our room & hallway, and there is a double door between, but it was open. The parents didn't seem to care, so I ended up popping my head out and offered a few words. Otherwise, nice renovation, great location, and very comfortable.

  It was clean and away from the busyness.

  The breakfast was a little dry. The couple of front desk staff was not as welcoming. Felt like they were just ‘doing their job’ to greet people without good intentions of providing quality customer service. There was one person and I didn’t get her name but she had a beautiful smile when we walked in and welcome us back. Her greeting was felt.
