  Comfortable room and very good variety at breakfast. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful. We also appreciated the free parking and security at the building. The location was close to the highway making it easy to get around Louisville.

  The hotel was very expensive for a Best Western. We assumed it was because there was an important event that weekend (golf tournament) but it is frustrating to pay almost $275/night.

  The room was nice. The shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bottles attached to the shower wall was great. Good location.

  When I booked this hotel, I was sent a confirmation email that the cost for 3 nights would be $624. However, when we checked in they charged me $964. Only $75 of that was reimbursed, as the deposit for incedentals. When questioning the lady at the front desk, she said it was because I booked through a third party, Booking.com. Truly was a bad start to our vacation.

  Great staff, clean room, attractive overall grounds. Nice amenities and breakfast, free parking.

  Our reservations were made well in advance with specific requirements for a preferred room type. Originally reservation was with a pet. When we changed the reservation to NO PET a few weeks before our visit, and asked for a similar, ground floor room with a king, we were assured that was no problem. Upon arrival, that room was not made available and we had to haul up to the third floor. Not appreciated.
